Welcome to Tails and Trails Farm! We are a small, family-run horse stable located on the edge of the Irish Hills in beautiful South-Eastern Michigan. Established in 2015, our focus has always been on offering our clients a personal connection with horses. We believe in the amazing powers that animals have and the bonds that we build with them can be life-altering. Horses are a bright and shining example of this and we love to share that with anyone open to it. We offer many different horse experiences, however, we focus on kids' activities and introducing people to horses for the first time. We offer Birthday Parties, Summer Horse Camps, Dates with Donkeys, Horsemanship Lessons, family and group experiences, and guided trail rides for teens and adults. If you have a horse crazy child with a birthday coming up, then we have you covered! We have a large indoor arena that is available to be booked for parties. Great for kids of all ages, as we have all sizes of horses. Kids play dress up with and lead mini horses, as well as take rides on horseback around the arena. Donkeys are proven therapy animals and are excellent with children and the elderly. Their calm demeanor and friendly disposition make them wonderful therapy animals, and just an absolute pleasure to be around. Come and meet them on the farm or have us come to you. We are the only private trail ride barn in the area. Our property is 82 acres of wooded trails, fields, and pastures. We pride ourselves on offering a personal and small group experience.
